We're looking to enhance our capabilities, specifically around Power BI, to deliver even more impactful insights.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources and Operations Consultant to join our team. In this multi-faceted role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and operational functions, handling everything from accounting and HR to contracts and bidding. You will work directly with the HR Lead to streamline processes and support the company’s growth. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to take on diverse responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.HR & Hiring: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding.
