Senior Site Security SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and field-focused professional to establish site-level security functions from scratch and oversee overall site administration and industrial relations across multiple locations in India.Security Setup & OversightDevelop comprehensive end-to-end site security strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and crisis management protocols.Identify and deploy reputable security agencies, personnel, tools, and surveillance systems at greenfield and brownfield sites.Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to company protocols.Manage incidents such as thefts, intrusions, protests, and collaborate closely with local law enforcement agencies.Site AdministrationOversee camp management, transportation, utilities, housing, and vendor services at project/O&M sites.Standardize and maintain administrative processes across all sites.Support field human resources with documentation, onboarding coordination, and contract labor logistics.Industrial Relations / Employee RelationsAct as a key liaison for managing labor relations, grievances, and union/worker issues.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and contractor labor practices.Proactively address local workforce dynamics and support preventive action on ER-related risks.Liaison & Community HandlingBuild strong relationships with local authorities, panchayats, district officials, and key community stakeholders.Support conflict resolution through presence, transparent dialogue, and timely escalation.
