Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join the Founder's Office as Executive Assistants. In this role, you will work closely with the founders to drive strategic projects, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the next phase of the companys growth. You will act as a liaison between the executive team and various departments, identifying and solving key challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from reputed MBA colleges with 1-2 years of experience to make a significant impact in a fast-growing e-commerce company with a strong offline sales presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management:
Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects from inception to completion.
Conduct research, analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Operational Support:
Assist the founders in daily operations, freeing up their bandwidth.
Manage schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
Identify and address operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Growth Initiatives:
Drive initiatives aimed at scaling the business and achieving growth targets.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Problem Solving:
Identify problems within various departments and develop effective solutions.
Use data-driven approaches to analyse and resolve issues.
Executive Reporting:
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the executive team.
Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular status updates.
Special Projects:
Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the founders.
Provide support in strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
MBA from a reputed college (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, IIFT etc.).
1-2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
