Job Title: Client Partnership ManagerWe are seeking an experienced professional to serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring alignment between expectations and delivery outcomes.This role combines client relationship management, production intelligence, and delivery governance. You will act as a strategic link between our clients and creative production teams, ensuring every project runs seamlessly from brief to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Client Partnership & Servicing: Serve as primary contact, ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.Project & Delivery Governance: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, manage timelines, resources, and internal communication.Production Knowledge & Technical Understanding: Demonstrate solid understanding of creative production workflows across media types.Financial & Resource Management: Support budget estimation, effort tracking, and job reconciliation.Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Regional Service Delivery Heads and Studio Leads, collaborate with onshore account managers, communicate project status and performance clearly.Requirements:Experience in advertising, digital, or creative production environments with a deep understanding of creative workflows, marketing assets, and media formats.Solid understanding of creative production workflows across media types.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Benefits:Work with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality projects.Opportunities for growth and development.
