You'll act as the strategic link between clients and creative production teams, ensuring that every project runs seamlessly from brief to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesMain Point of Contact for ClientsTranslation of Creative ObjectivesProduction Feasibility and OptimizationLong-term Client RelationshipsRequirements:8–14 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership within advertising, creative production, or digital agencies.Familiarity with production tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Workfront, Jira, or equivalent).Proven ability to interface with global clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong working knowledge of creative production processes, asset management, and content adaptation workflows.Excellent communication and relationship management skills — fluent, confident, and structured.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Ability to balance creativity, process, and commercial pragmatism in decision-making.
