Job OverviewThis role oversees the orchestration and management of a strategic alliance with Microsoft, focusing on partner program administration in the Partner Center. Key responsibilities include access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, claim submissions, incentives and earnings tracking, Azure revenue tracking, revenue recognition stewardship, issue resolution, access requests, ad hoc queries, and trusted advisor to management.A thorough understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs operate and a track record of assessing, managing, and owning such programs at an organizational level.Experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies—ideally Microsoft.The ability to operationalize complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.Leveraging program knowledge to advise senior business leaders on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.Strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills; enthusiastic, curious, high-energy individual who uses a thought leadership approach.Working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.Exposure to continuous process improvement and automation.Direct experience managing PAL/CPOR revenue recognition, incentives/earnings claims, and commercial marketplace listings.Aligning with Marketing and Sales on lead routing, attribution, and funnel reporting; establishing and managing lead SLAs and maintaining data quality.Building or maintaining executive dashboards and reports (Excel/Power BI) for CPOR/PAL/ACR, co-sell pipeline, incentives, and claims.About This RoleWe're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Microsoft partnership efforts.
