Companies using Proof of Skill **close roles in just 4 interviews on average.****What you'll do:*** Lead and execute digital marketing, social, and brand strategy* Create high-performing content (copy, visuals, short-form video)* Grow community engagement across validators, candidates, and orgs* Build and optimize websites, landing pages, and campaigns* Support sales with marketing collateral and lead-gen campaigns* Track and optimize performance using analytics tools**Why you are:*** 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, and brand growth* Skilled in SEO/SEM, CMS (Webflow/WordPress) and marketing tools* Proficient with MixPanel, Google Analytics, MS Clarity etc  * Excellent at storytelling and creative execution* High-agency, self-motivated, and mission-driven to make hiring fairer* **Based in Mumbai****Major plus if youve*** Scaled D2C or Gen Z-facing brands* Have crypto or blockchain marketing experience* Built or partnered with college communities* Knowedge and Experience with AI graphic and video tools
