Project Control ManagerThis role is responsible for managing project control resources to deliver cross-functional engineering projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager and team to ensure timely delivery.Main Responsibilities:Manage project control resources required to deliver multiple cross-functional engineering projects.Support the project manager with progress reporting, including schedule development, update and maintenance in Primavera and Microsoft Project according to WBS Guidelines.Possess working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.Working experience with cost control, earned value management, budgets, estimating, change management, planning, forecasting, reporting progress and performance, and project funding.Establish project budget, baselines, and report variances.Monitor and manage the scope of work in the contract.Basic experience and understanding of estimating and benchmarking.Provide inputs for contract management.Assist and support project manager in financial project close-out.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Develop and maintain detailed cash flow and commitment flow throughout the project phases.Good interpersonal and collaborating skills.Good organization and prioritization skills to execute work accurately and largely self-directed, handle multiple priorities and analyze reports and trend activities.Review and validate contractual compliance of project invoices.At the completion of the project, develop and ensure recording of the project's historical cost information and 'lessons learned' for future use.Provide support to track project progress and perform analysis of bottlenecks, trends, and critical path.Identify and communicate project risks and develop mitigation plans.Prepare project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and changes.Develop custom project reports as needed to facilitate project discussions.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide support to the project manager as needed.
