**Job Requirement**:
Any BE Graduate with 9+ Years of experience in Project Planning From EPC/Chemical/Petro Chemical/ Similar Industries

**Job Role**:

- Developing Planning packages of medium to large projects
- Visualize key aspects of the project in terms of critical path items on the project, Milestone activities.
- Capable of measuring the project progress through preparation / review of planning package submitted by others like Engineering Consultant, EPC Contractor or LSTK Contractor mainly wrt;
- Activities that need to be part of different levels of schedule - L1, L2 and L3
- Define / Identify the activities or tasks that need to covered as a minimum in the Levels of schedule (L1, L2 and L3)
- Histogram (Manpower planning), S-Curve plotting (Monitoring Project Progress)
- Develop / Review WBS (Work Break Down) structure
- Generate PR in systems
- Review 15 days forecast and Prepare / Review 30 days, 60 days and 90 days look ahead schedule
- Coordinate with Project Management and feed the management with right kind of information.
- Attending and scheduling meetings - Coordinate with all stakeholders in conducting project meetings that need to happen on project starting from KOM, Daily and Weekly Meetings and prepare MOM of these meetings.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in arranging Monthly review meetings with management.
- Review Progress Reports and bring to the notice of project manager / management, the key activities from the report and the area of attention.
- Project and suggest the mitigation measures on the tasks / activities which are lagging behind on the project which will impact / extend the schedule on the project in the long run.
- Overall responsible for maintaining the projects within budgets and get projects done on time.
- Has hands on experience in preparation of planning package on the projects.
- Has extensive knowledge of project execution starting from Engineering, Fabrication, Procurement, Inspection and Testing, Quality Assurance, Construction Scheduling and Management.
- Hands on experience with planning tools in the industry like Primavera, MS-Project Software.
- Has excellent IT skills, Initiative, Organization skills, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Capable of carrying out SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis
