Understand their training needs andchallenges. -Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise training courses andeffectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients. -Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments, understand client pain points, and proposecustomized training solutions that align with their business objectives. -Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcasethe benefits of our training courses. -Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts topotential clients. -Sales Cycles Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closingdeals, ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success team for implementation. -Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to thecompany's growth by achieving daily calling numbers (min , emails , qualityleads. -Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments toidentify new opportunities. -Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provideregular reports on sales performance. - Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision -makers across geographies and businessunits. - Provide strategic inputs on pricing, packaging, and partner -led GTM campaigns. - Own regional or vertical -specific revenue goals (e.g., BFSI/EMEA). - Guide junior team members and contribute to refining sales processes. - Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and evolving client needs indigital transformation, AI, and cloud enablement.
