We are looking for a resilient, empathic **Sr. Business Development Executive** to contribute to the growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating business through online **freelancing portal likes Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru.**:

- Good Communication skills / Expertise in writing proposals for projects
- Ability to work well in and promote a team environment
- Excellent Understanding of Technical skills.
- Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry)
- Should have an experience working on entire bidding process
- Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.

Location - Mohali
Exp. - freshers to 1 years
Salary - 12k to 25k
5 days working

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
