About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in the government sector, particularly within the ministries of tourism and DAVP (Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity). This role focuses on driving sales for our influencer marketing solutions by leveraging your deep connections and expertise. Experience with radio and TV network profiles will be highly valued.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through strategic engagement with government clients.
- Market Expansion: Grow our market presence in the government sector by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government accounts, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Brand Solutions and Client Services teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Government Procurement Expertise: Navigate government procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and securing tenders.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting for sales leadership.
- Revenue Tracking: Oversee collections to optimize the revenue flow from government contracts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, particularly with government entities.
- Established network within government departments, public sector organizations, or related agencies.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships and drive business growth.
- Experience managing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
