Business Development Job Role
Drive revenue growth by selling CPaaS solutions to government agencies and PSUs in the northern region. What you'll be responsible for?
Should have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients.
Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities.
Portfolio to manage and generate business from PSU/Government clients of northern region.
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Qualification and other skills
Sales Manager What you'd have?
Hands on experience in PSU/Government sales and an ability to do liaising with clients
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
