Job Review:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter with over 7 years of experience recruiting for the Airline Industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with airline industry clients to understand their specific IT staffing needs, including roles in software engineering, systems administration, network engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
  • Source and attract highly qualified IT candidates using a variety of platforms such as , job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical expertise, experience, and suitability for airline-related IT roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing strategic recruitment support and guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring transparency and regular updates to clients on hiring progress.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience as an IT recruiter, specifically within the airline or aviation industry.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles within the airline sector, including systems engineers, software developers, cloud architects, network engineers, and cybersecurity experts.
  • Familiarity with airline industry technologies such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), flight operation systems, airport management software, and airline-specific IT infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with recruitment tools such as Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with both technical candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven success in working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a focus on meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
