Working Days: Monday to Friday

Off Days: Saturday and Sunday

Job Overview:

ChabezTech Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT professionals targeting our US-based clients. This is a night shift position, providing an excellent opportunity for growth along with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.- Utilize various sourcing strategies like job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, and ATS.- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and fit.- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.- Negotiate salary and contract terms with selected candidates.- Maintain candidate relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.- Collaborate with account managers to understand and meet client recruitment needs.- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands in the US IT sector.

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment.- Familiarity with IT terminologies, technical skillsets, and various IT roles.- Hands-on experience with US recruitment portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to handle multiple job openings and work under pressure.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong candidate and client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in recruiting for contractual and permanent roles.- Knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C.- Proven track record of successful IT placements.- A bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related fields is a plus.
