Revenue Growth Specialist Job DescriptionA detail-oriented and data-driven professional will support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by maintaining our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, building reports, and supporting day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate enjoys analysis, systems, and turning data into actionable insights. This specialist will work closely with leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and drive predictable revenue growth.Maintain and update HubSpot records, properties, lists, and workflows to ensure seamless data management.Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting to maintain accurate business intelligence.Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking to optimize sales performance.Support integration of data flows between HubSpot and tools like Apollo, Ads, and others for streamlined operations.Build dashboards and weekly reports for pipeline, funnel metrics, SDR output, AE performance, and campaign results to inform business decisions.Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel to drive process improvements.Provide data insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to inform strategic initiatives.Document and maintain GTM processes and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.Assist with building automated workflows, sequences, and nurture programs to enhance customer engagement.Support outbound and inbound lead processes for SDR and AE teams to optimize sales productivity.Help QA marketing campaigns, forms, and tracking setup to ensure accuracy and reliability.Work with Marketing on lead lists, segmentation, and tracking for campaigns to maximize ROI.Support Sales with forecasting reports, deal hygiene, and pipeline visibility to drive sales performance.Assist Customer Success with renewal tracking, customer data, and account reporting to ensure long-term relationships.
