Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Growth Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon and work directly with the CEO on researching and implementing new revenue streams across our diverse industries. From exploring the potential of health and wellness products to diving into recruitment opportunities for middle-class Indians, this role is as vast as it is exciting.
Your research will not only focus on identifying opportunities within India but also on how we can bridge the gap to global markets. With a major focus on improving lives, this role will immerse you in creative and analytical problem-solving, business innovation, and strategy development.
For now, you will be working in one of our existing offices in Gurgaon. In the near future, you will be part of an exciting development as we construct a multi-purpose business center on our five-acre property, which will house a gym, health store, IT business center, and more.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to identify and explore new revenue streams across our industries, including health, telecoms, construction, sports, and recruitment.
• Conduct in-depth research on the needs of middle-class Indians, identifying ways to enhance their quality of life and helping them on their journey toward self-actualization.
• Research and recommend business models, partnerships, and opportunities for diversification to serve Indian and international markets.
• Provide feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic plans for new projects.
• Monitor trends, innovations, and economic changes that impact our core industries.
• Analyze market data, create actionable insights, and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to promote global recruitment opportunities, helping Indian professionals find meaningful work in Europe and the USA.
• Create reports and presentations that blend analytical rigor with visionary thinking.
