We are seeking a Business Growth Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is research-intensive and requires a strategic thinker who can uncover opportunities, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth across various revenue streams. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategies and ensuring Protein World remains a step ahead in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes across different industries.
•Analyze business data, market reports, and customer insights to recommend growth strategies.
•Explore potential revenue streams and create detailed feasibility studies, including cost-benefit analyses.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and align growth strategies with company goals.
•Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing revenue streams, suggesting improvements where necessary.
•Research and recommend innovative business models, partnerships, and opportunities for diversification.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic shifts, and technological advancements that could impact business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
•2-5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field.
•Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
•Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
•A proactive and resourceful individual who can independently explore opportunities and solve problems.
•An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
