Role Overview:
Protein World is seeking a talented and versatile Shopify and Social Media Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will oversee our Shopify store and social media platforms, ensuring our online presence is optimized, engaging, and aligned with our brand DNA. This role is pivotal in driving e-commerce growth and building strong customer relationships through innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Protein World Shopify store.
- Upload and update products, ensuring all information (images, descriptions, pricing) is accurate and optimized for sales.
- Enhance the online customer journey through best practices in Shopify, including site navigation, checkout processes, and landing pages.
- Use Shopify analytics to monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with design and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with developers when necessary.
Social Media Management (Instagram Focus):
- Develop and execute social media strategies, primarily on Instagram, to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories) that aligns with the Protein World brand tone and visual style.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms to foster community and loyalty.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to promote new products and bundles effectively.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and refine strategies.
CRM and Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize CRM campaigns to retain and engage customers, focusing on email flows and personalization strategies.
- Integrate Shopify data with CRM platforms to create customer segmentation and targeted messaging.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve customer retention strategies.
- Support D2C marketing efforts, including collaborations and giveaways, to build our email list and community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Shopify Expertise: Proficiency in managing Shopify, including product management, analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing Instagram and other platforms to create engaging content and drive results.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo) and experience managing email campaigns and workflows.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Creative skills for content creation, including basic graphic design or video editing.
