Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Health, Nutrition, and Wellness
Location: Gurgaon, India
Role Overview:
Protein World is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our Gurgaon office. This role focuses on driving the marketing strategy and execution for our health, nutrition, and wellness products. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of marketing experience and a strong background in the health, nutrition, or wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with Protein World’s brand DNA and business goals.
• Identify trends and insights in the health and wellness industry to inform marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute seasonal and product-specific campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
Content and Campaign Management:
• Create and manage compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing assets, including visuals, videos, and brochures.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to drive traffic and sales.
Customer Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to optimize email marketing flows and customer retention initiatives.
• Partner with influencers and affiliate marketers in the health and wellness space to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize future efforts.
• Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the health, nutrition, or wellness industry.
• Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), and social media management tools.
• Creativity: Ability to create engaging, impactful content and campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience working with health and wellness brands.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
