Job Title: Pharmacy Sales Specialist – Nutrition Products


Location: Gurgaon, India


Role Overview:


Protein World is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Pharmacy Sales Specialist – Nutrition Products to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is focused on engaging with pharmacy customers to promote our range of nutrition products, leveraging deep product knowledge and an understanding of the pharmacy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pharmacies in India or overseas and will excel at building strong relationships to drive sales and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:


Pharmacy Engagement:


• Build and nurture relationships with pharmacy customers, including owners, managers, and staff.

• Promote Protein World’s nutrition product range effectively to pharmacy clients.

• Conduct on-site visits to pharmacies to provide education, resolve queries, and strengthen partnerships.

• Understand the unique needs of pharmacy operations and tailor solutions accordingly.


Product Expertise and Education:


• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Protein World’s nutrition products, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage guidelines.

• Train pharmacy staff on the benefits and applications of Protein World products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about trends, advancements, and regulations in the nutrition and pharmacy sectors to offer relevant insights.


Sales Strategy and Performance:


• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth through pharmacy channels.

• Identify and capitalize on new pharmacy business opportunities, expanding Protein World’s reach.

• Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging strong relationships and product knowledge.

• Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.


Cross-functional Collaboration:


• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with brand objectives.

• Provide feedback from pharmacies to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Pharmacy Experience: Proven experience working with pharmacies in India or overseas, with a deep understanding of pharmacy operations.

• Nutrition Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of nutrition and wellness products, including ingredients, benefits, and market trends.

• Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate pharmacy customers.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform strategies and decision-making.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Degree or certification in nutrition, pharmacy, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

• Knowledge of international pharmacy practices and regulations is an advantage.
