Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales with a strong background in the IT industry and extensive experience in overseas markets. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding market share across international geographies.


Key Responsibility:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives in global markets.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and clients for expansion.


Sales Operations:

  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Implement and manage sales processes, tools, and KPIs to ensure consistent performance.


Market Expansion:

  • Drive business growth in overseas territories by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Adapt sales strategies to align with cultural and market-specific nuances.


Team Management:

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing international sales team.
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.


Client Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at international events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:


Experience:


  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in international markets.
  • Track record of scaling businesses and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue goals.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse teams and clients.


Other Must-Haves:


  • Willingness to travel extensively (30-50% international travel).
  • Strong network within global IT markets.
