Job Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Coordinator for Technical Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in technical support, with a strong understanding of configuring Elasticsearch and Kibana, creating dashboards in Kibana and Grafana, and basic knowledge of AWS and scripting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance, managing databases, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be flexible enough to work in a 24/5 shift environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Elasticsearch Configuration:


  • Assist in configuring files within Elasticsearch.
  • Guide clients on understanding and modifying Elasticsearch configuration paths.


Kibana and Grafana Dashboards:


  • Create, configure, and troubleshoot dashboards in Kibana and Grafana.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in setting up visualizations and interpreting data.


Technical Support:


  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for issues related to Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Grafana.
  • Engage in basic scripting to automate routine tasks or resolve recurring issues.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to technical support processes.


AWS Services:


  • Leverage basic knowledge of AWS and its services to support cloud-based deployments.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of AWS-hosted applications.


Database Management:


  • Apply strong DBMS knowledge to resolve issues related to data management.
  • Utilize MySQL proficiency to perform database queries, updates, and maintenance tasks.


Client Interaction:


  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.


Shift Work:


  • Demonstrate flexibility in working 24/5 rotational shifts.
  • Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are handled efficiently during the designated shift.
