About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Artos Software. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email, live chat, and video calls
- Troubleshoot issues and find solutions on the fly
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to person
- Plan, manage, and execute customer success initiatives
- Devise solutions to any and all problems that arise
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience handling technical support in similar environments
- 1+ years of experience handling technical support for a Shopify app
- 2+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JS, or any other programming language
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Completed a university degree or college diploma
