Job Purpose:

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients through allotted leads , understanding their requirements, warming them up, and convincing them to schedule meetings, site visits with the sales team . This role is critical to driving the sales pipeline and ensuring maximum conversions. Performance-based incentives will be awarded based on the number of successful appointments leading to closures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Interaction & Requirement Gathering

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and capture requirements.

2. Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed projects.
  • Follow up with clients to schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience before project closure.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and site visits through Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Generate regular reports on lead status and pipeline progress.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of interior offerings, processes, and advantages
  • Ability to clearly explain the company’s USPs to influence customer decisions

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in pre-sales, sales support, or client engagement in interiors, modular furniture, or real estate interiors
