We seek a talented and experienced API marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an API company, with exposure to the Indian market. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of business processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Add new customers and channel partners through various tools like databases of exports and imports of multiple markets, the internet, , primary research, etc.
- Prepare country-wise mapping and continuously update it.
- Follow up with existing customers and available contacts/databases for new orders.
- Manage order feeding and execution, including internal coordination till delivery and payment realization from customers.
- Preparation of PowerPoint PPT of markets for internal meetings and customer presentations.
- Deal with all channel partners, traders, agents, etc.
- Study the market potential of various APIs and Intermediates in India and global markets.
- Coordinate internally for technical requirements, VQ, sampling, etc.
- Conduct market and customer visits as required.
- Feed and track inquiries, and follow up on all offers submitted.
- Follow up with customers where sampling is done, DMFs/VQs are shared, and technical requirements are responded to.
- Assisting the Marketing Head with any existing or new functional support as per the dynamics of the business.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an API manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and export documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge of APIs, Intermediate & Chemicals
