Key Responsibilities: • Growth Strategy Development: • Define and implement comprehensive sales growth strategies aligned with overall company objectives. • Identify new market segments and opportunities for expansion. • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. • Develop sales plans with clear goals, metrics, and target customer profiles. • Sales Team Leadership: • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress against goals. • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance. • Data-Driven Sales Optimization: • Utilize data analytics to identify sales trends, customer behaviour patterns, and areas for improvement. • Implement data-driven sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and forecasting. • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and optimize marketing campaigns. • Collaborate with product teams to identify potential product enhancements based on customer feedback. • Align sales activities with overall company goals and initiatives. • Customer Relationship Management: • Foster strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. •
Manage customer accounts, address customer concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Experience: • Proven track record of success in driving significant sales growth in a fast-paced environment. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and account management. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities to motivate and develop a high performing sales team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Experience in market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and developing go-to- strategy
