They will be well-versed in CRM systems, workflows, automations, and system integration, as well as proficient in generating regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM systems, including workflows, automations, data hygiene, and system integration.Develop and execute comprehensive reporting strategies to track pipeline metrics, sales performance, and go-to-market activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales incentive plans that drive engagement and revenue growth.Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.Support the operation of CPQ tools (Dealhub preferred) and related processes to optimize sales outcomes.Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless data flow and process adherence.Document operational guides, dashboards, and other critical information to support ongoing improvement initiatives.
