Revenue Operations AssociateThis role is critical to driving growth across our SaaS organization by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM data, reports, and dashboards. It will also involve process improvements and close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for impact.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong analytical mindset, enabling them to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. They will be well-versed in CRM systems, workflows, automations, and system integration, as well as proficient in generating regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM systems, including workflows, automations, data hygiene, and system integration.Develop and execute comprehensive reporting strategies to track pipeline metrics, sales performance, and go-to-market activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales incentive plans that drive engagement and revenue growth.Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.Support the operation of CPQ tools (Dealhub preferred) and related processes to optimize sales outcomes.Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless data flow and process adherence.Document operational guides, dashboards, and other critical information to support ongoing improvement initiatives.
