Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, web sales, communication and fostering business relationships.
Experience:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with a minimum of 2 year of experience in business development or sales within a web development or digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, securing new clients, and managing client relationships in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to strategize for increased business reach.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients and distributors, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
· Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving international sales targets. Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
· Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with international clients, closing deals to meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
· Market Research: Analyze the competitive landscape in various regions to identify opportunities for market penetration and expansion.
· Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance.
· Cross-Cultural Communication: Communicate effectively across different cultures, adapting sales techniques to respect cultural differences.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a focus on international markets. Candidates with experience in Gulf countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE), US-Canada, or Australia are preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and adapt to different cultures and international business practices.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Additional languages relevant to target markets are a plus.
