Spearhead the orchestration and governance of our Partner Program in relation to its strategic Alliance with Microsoft. Serve as a global program lead for administration of Microsoft Partner Center, including access management, commercial marketplace solution management, and lead tracking & referral submissions. Oversee Azure revenue tracking, revenue recognition stewardship, issue resolution, and access requests. Leverage expertise to advise senior business leaders on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks associated with Partner Center opportunities, co-sell motions, incentives, and other Microsoft partner programs.Key Qualifications: Proven track record of assessing, managing, and owning complex partner programs at an organizational level. Experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to intricate partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies—ideally Microsoft. Demonstrated ability to operationalize complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management. Strong analytical and communication skills; a results-driven professional who utilizes a thought leadership approach. Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive business outcomes through strategic partnerships.
