Strategic Partnership Manager JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our demand-side B2B partnerships globally.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships, with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a global partnership strategy aligned with company growth, identifying and prioritizing high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and providing partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding, developing business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Define KPIs, track performance, and report to leadership on partner performance and ROI, refining partnership strategies to drive growth.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnership team, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive business outcomes.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B).Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
