Job Description

Develop Business Development strategy on new & existing Market and lead the execution for increasing the organization's revenue. Identify global opportunities, key prospects, drive customer presentations and meetings, pitch products and close deals. Decide & provide guidance to sales team to make right pricing decisions considering Capacity utilisation. Develop key performance metrics and set goals to drive team performance and target achievement. Help company on strategic decision like M&A; Overseas office/ facilities set up etc. Budgeting & forecasting.

The Successful Applicant
