Job Description
Develop Business Development strategy on new & existing Market and lead the execution for increasing the organization's revenue. Identify global opportunities, key prospects, drive customer presentations and meetings, pitch products and close deals. Decide & provide guidance to sales team to make right pricing decisions considering Capacity utilisation. Develop key performance metrics and set goals to drive team performance and target achievement. Help company on strategic decision like M&A; Overseas office/ facilities set up etc. Budgeting & forecasting.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have atleast 15 years of experience in international sales & business development of Industrial products- preferably castings and forgings Must have prior experience of selling to global OEMs in US, Europe, Middle East, and South East Asia Ability to set high expectations and goals for the entire team and drive business development to see exponential growth in the organization's revenue Able to develop and manage a high performing team by establishing credibility, relevant performance goals, and strategic plans Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with an enterpreneurial spirit and drive
