The Role:

Are you a high-impact sales leader who thrives in a dynamic environment? Do you have a passion for retail technology and a proven track record of exceeding targets? If so, we want you on our team As our Enterprise Sales Lead, you'll be the driving force behind building strategic partnerships and scaling our business within the Retail Tech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Hunt & Cultivate Leads: Proactively identify and engage high-value prospects, conducting market research and understanding their unique challenges.
  • Proposal Architect: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase YALLO Retail's value proposition and address specific client needs.
  • Relationship Master: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Collaborator: Work seamlessly with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Metrics Maestro: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement strategies to consistently outperform sales goals.
  • Industry Expert: Stay current on Retail Tech trends to position YALLO Retail as a thought leader within the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT services, recruitment agency.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with the Retail Technology landscape is a plus.
