About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Technology Strategist and Sales Expert to join our team at YALLO Retail | Strategy & Talent Unified. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Retail Technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage high-value prospects, conducting market research and understanding their unique challenges.
- Proposal Crafting: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase YALLO Retail's value proposition and address specific client needs.
- Client Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Tactical Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement strategies to consistently outperform sales goals.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Stay current on Retail Tech trends to position YALLO Retail as a thought leader within the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT services, recruitment agency.
- Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious goals.
- Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
- Potential Growth: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools. Familiarity with the Retail Technology landscape is a plus.
