About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Technology Strategist and Sales Expert to join our team at YALLO Retail | Strategy & Talent Unified. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Retail Technology sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage high-value prospects, conducting market research and understanding their unique challenges.
  • Proposal Crafting: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase YALLO Retail's value proposition and address specific client needs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Tactical Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement strategies to consistently outperform sales goals.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Stay current on Retail Tech trends to position YALLO Retail as a thought leader within the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT services, recruitment agency.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
  • Potential Growth: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools. Familiarity with the Retail Technology landscape is a plus.
