Ready to make an impact? As the Senior Program Manager at Snooplay, you’ll be at the heart of our most important projects, driving growth and innovation. This isn’t just a project management role – you’ll be our go-to problem solver, strategist, and collaborator who helps bring our big ideas to life. You’ll work directly with the founders and across teams to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact initiatives that push our company forward.

What you'll do:

- Own the Projects: Lead and oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the business goals.

- Strategic Execution: Work closely with the founders to turn our big-picture ideas into actionable project plans. Your work will directly contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.

- Track and Improve: Establish clear KPIs, monitor progress, and use data to make informed decisions. If something’s not working, you’ll dig into the numbers, find the issue, and fix it.

- Solve Problems Before They Happen: You’ll have a knack for spotting risks and roadblocks before they become issues and you’ll come up with solutions that keep the project on track.

- Streamline Processes: Identify areas where we can work smarter, not harder. You’ll implement process improvements that make our operations smoother and our teams more efficient.

- Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll be the glue that holds cross-functional projects together. Work with multiple internal teams to ensure everyone is on the same page and projects run seamlessly.

- Focus on the Customer: Lead projects with the customer experience in mind. From the first touchpoint to post-purchase engagement, you’ll work to enhance the customer journey

Who You Are:

- You have 3-5 years of experience in program management or generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. You know how to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams with confidence.

- You can see the big picture and know how to break it down into actionable steps. You thrive in a strategic role where you can influence decisions and drive impactful change.

- You’re comfortable with numbers and love using data to make decisions. You know how to set KPIs, track performance, and make improvements based on insights.

- You don’t wait for issues to pop up – you anticipate them and have a plan in place. You’re resourceful and can think on your feet.
