Position Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with a strong background in sales cycle management, program management, and Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while leveraging MIS to generate business insights and optimize performance. The role includes managing sales proposals, presentations, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups to ensure consistent program success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead end-to-end management of the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee key sales programs and projects to meet business objectives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams such as marketing, product, and finance to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales initiatives.
Relationship Management:
-Sales Teams: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams to ensure
alignment, support, and smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
-Lenders: Develop and manage relationships with lenders to facilitate smooth transactions,
financing, and other sales-related activities.
Pipeline & Funnel Management: Monitor the sales pipeline, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Manage funnel follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication with leads, prospects, and customers.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, sales milestones, funnel progression, and outcomes.
Strategic Growth: Contribute to the development of sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer relationships and markets.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive, customized sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.
Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and drive program success.
Data & MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track sales cycle performance, project outcomes, and KPI metrics. Analyze data for actionable insights that support decision-making.
Data Management & Tools: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the MIS and CRM tools. Train team members on the effective use of these tools to optimize sales performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in full sales cycle management and program management.
Proven expertise in leading and optimizing sales processes and utilizing MIS for business insights.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MIS tools, and project management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
