Key Responsibilities
- Culture Building & Engagement Initiatives:
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing company culture, aligning them with organizational values and business goals.
- Design and implement cross-functional initiatives to foster employee engagement, inclusion, and alignment with company strategy, such as leadership forums, competitions, and microsite engagement.
- Innovation & Ideation:
- Conceptualize and drive projects around new ideation themes such as Data and AI, infrastructure improvements, and capability development.
- Facilitate ideation sessions and challenge sprints to generate innovative solutions and growth opportunities.
- Leadership Forums & Workshops:
- Organize and lead leadership forums, workshops, and group interactions to facilitate best practice sharing and knowledge exchange among leaders and key stakeholders.
- Strategic Communication & Alignment:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Create and maintain communication channels, including microsites and digital platforms, to ensure transparency and ongoing dialogue.
- Recognition Programs:
- Design and manage recognition programs to celebrate contributions and foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.
Performance parameters

Effectiveness in aligning leadership activities with the company’s strategic goals and vision
- Curation and launch of key engagement, change management and innovation initiatives
Successful conceptualization, ideation, project planning, deployment and execution to closure of key initiatives
- Program Participation & Success:
Participation rates and outcomes of leadership forums, competitions, and engagement initiatives.
- Innovation Outcomes:
Number and quality of innovative ideas and solutions generated through challenge sprints and ideation sessions.
- Impact on Engagement Scores:
Increase in employee engagement scores and positive feedback from leadership forums and initiatives.
Primary Internal Interactions/Stakeholders
- Senior Leadership Team:
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure initiatives are aligned with the company’s vision and strategic priorities.
- SVPs and VPs (All BUs):
- Engage with leaders to drive participation and leadership in culture-building and engagement programs.
- HR & Learning & Development Teams:
- Work with HR and L&D to design and implement training, development, and recognition programs.
Primary External Interactions
- Consultants & Thought Leaders:
- Partner with external experts in organizational culture, innovation, and leadership development to bring best practices and new ideas.
- Industry Peers & Networks:
- Engage with industry associations and peer networks to stay updated on trends and benchmark company practices.
Education Requirements
- Master’s Degree:
- In Business Administration from Big 4s, Organizational Development, Engagement and culture innovation practice, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant Certifications:
- Preferred certifications in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Project Management, Innovation, Transformation and change management etc.
Work Experience Requirements
- 12-15+ Years of Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles focused on culture building, employee engagement, and strategic alignment.
- Proven Track Record:
- Success in driving large-scale organizational change, innovation & culture initiatives, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.
Technical Skills:
- Project Management Tools:
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello for managing complex initiatives.
- Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Ability to leverage data analytics tools to measure program success and make data-driven decisions.
- Digital Platforms:
- Experience with digital engagement platforms, intranet systems, and content management
Soft Skills:
- Strategic Vision & Leadership:
- Ability to articulate a compelling vision, inspire and align teams towards common goals.
- Strong Communication & Facilitation:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and present to senior stakeholders.
- Innovative Thinking & Problem Solving:
- Creative approach to problem-solving with a strong capacity for driving innovation and change.
- Empathy & Relationship Building:
- High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
