Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

- Oversee and manage logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and resources.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.

Transportation:

- Coordinate transportation activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Project Management:

- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project documentation and reporting.

Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Administrative Support:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and teams.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Security Management:

- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the office premises.
- Develop and enforce security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and address any vulnerabilities.

Housekeeping Management:

- Oversee housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office.
- Implement standards for cleanliness and ensure compliance by housekeeping staff.
- Manage schedules and supplies for housekeeping activities.

Cafeteria Management:

- Oversee cafeteria operations, ensuring quality food service and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to plan menus and manage food inventory.
- Gather feedback from employees to enhance cafeteria offerings and services.
