GEDU is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our education brands and driving their growth. Join us in changing lives through global education.

Overview:

GEDU (Global Education) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of experience in the education sector, preferably within a global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for various educational programs under the GEDU education brands. This role requires a collaborative approach to enhance outreach, manage events and webinars, and drive public relations and communications for the GEDU brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- GTM Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for GEDU’s educational programs to maximize market penetration and student engagement.
- Marketing Support Management: Oversee marketing initiatives for outreach activities, including events, webinars, and other promotional efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Campaign Management and Optimization
- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing traditional and digital channels via the GEDU digital marketing and production teams.
- Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Brand PR and Communications: Lead efforts in driving GEDU's public relations and communication strategies to strengthen brand reputation and awareness.
- Collaboration with Sales and Partners: Work closely with Sales teams and brand partners to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Interface Management: Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and priority partners to drive strategic alignment and execution of marketing plans.
- Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing within the education sector or a related global organization.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive student recruitment and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
