We are seeking talented individuals to join our office in Noida and address one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the overuse of antibiotics that leads to drug-resistant infections and costs trillions in healthcare expenses. Our AI-powered app provides a fast, affordable and accurate way to distinguish bacterial from viral infections at the point of care, empowering providers to prescribe responsibly.
Through our innovation, we seek to improve patient care, contribute to the global fight against drug resistance and the downstream trillion-dollar burden from Rheumatic Heart Disease. Join us in building a healthier future, one diagnosis at a time.
About the Role:
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of LightAI in India, from product development for clinical trials to market launch and post-launch support. You will engage a cross-functional team to build and scale the product, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare providers and patients in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for LightAI in India, aligning with the overall business objectives.
Product Management: Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap.
User Experience (UX): Collaborate with designers and engineers to create intuitive and user-friendly user interfaces.
Technical Leadership: Oversee the development and deployment of the app, including front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and designers.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with medical experts, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure product compliance and adoption.
Data Analysis: Analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
