Job Title: Senior Associate Employee RelationsAbout the Role:This senior associate employee relations role requires a seasoned professional to oversee and manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with US federal laws and regulations.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working with US-based companies, with a strong understanding of employment practices and compliance. Key responsibilities include I-9 Compliance Management, HR Background Compliance, Unemployment Claims & Investigations, Employee Relations (ER) Support, and Drug Testing Coordination.Responsibilities:I-9 Compliance Management: Manage, audit, and maintain Form I-9 records to ensure full compliance with U.S. federal requirements.HR Background Compliance: Oversee end-to-end background verification processes using platforms such as Orange Tree and other background portals.Unemployment Claims & Investigations: Review, investigate, and respond to unemployment claims in a timely manner.Employee Relations (ER) Support: Provide support in ER case management including documentation, investigation assistance, and follow-up.Drug Testing Coordination: Support pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug testing procedures.Requirements:2-5 years of experience working with US-based companiesStrong understanding of employment practices and complianceAbility to manage and audit Form I-9 recordsExperience with background verification processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
