Senior Associate Employee Relations

Experience: 2-5 years working with US based companies and applicable laws governing employment practices and compliance. Key Responsibilities - I-9 Compliance Management - Manage, audit, and maintain Form I-9 records to ensure full compliance with U.S. federal requirements. - Resolve discrepancies, perform reverifications, and support internal/external audits. - HR Background Compliance - Oversee end-to-end background verification processes using platforms such as Orange Tree and other background portals. - Ensure timely completion of checks, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with stakeholders on escalations. - Maintain documentation in line with HR compliance standards. - Unemployment Claims & Investigations - Review, investigate, and respond to unemployment claims in a timely manner. - Conduct fact-finding, gather supporting documents, and collaborate with relevant teams to represent the organization accurately. - Employee Relations (ER) Support - Provide support in ER case management including documentation, investigation assistance, and follow-up. - Help track ER cases and ensure adherence to company policies and U.S. employment regulations. - Drug Testing Coordination - Support pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug testing procedures. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely processing and compliance.
