Partnership Associate

About the role - The partnerships team at slice builds strong alliances to expand our ecosystem. We collaborate to create innovative, customer-first banking solutions.Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact with merchant partners for payment-related issues.Investigate transaction failures or delays, coordinate with internal teams, and engage with merchants to ensure quick resolution.Maintain strong working relationships with merchants to drive faster turnaround and prevent repeat issues.Collaborate with Partnerships team to identify recurring issues and recommend process/product improvements.Document resolution steps, learnings, and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, merchant support, or customer success.Strong communication and relationship-management skills.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ownership of issue resolution.Comfort with data tracking, using dashboards, and maintaining issue logs.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Life at sliceLife so good, you’d think we’re kidding:Competitive salaries.
