What You’ll Do


As a Partnerships Growth Associate, your mission is to smooth the gears of our partnerships engine. You’ll own the operational, enablement, and reporting side of partner work, so we can scale efficiently and you’ll drive measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and manage partnership dashboards and CRM (HubSpot) to ensure clean, accurate partner-sourced lead / pipeline attribution.


  • Analyze partner ROI to identify high-leverage partners and recommend where to focus time and resources.


  • Cold outreach to prospective new partner organizations; book meetings for the Senior Partnerships Manager and follow up on meetings.


  • Engage with existing partners to ensure they distribute content, and chase for progress.


  • Prepare meeting decks, briefs, and follow-up materials for new partner discussions.


  • Support co-branded webinars, roundtables, and joint marketing campaigns with partners (logistics, comms, content support).


  • Build and maintain processes (onboarding, review cycles, reporting templates) to make partnership efforts repeatable and scalable.


  • Track, report, and dashboard partner-sourced pipeline, leads, and conversion metrics — ensure you and the Senior Partnerships Manager always see what’s moving and what isn’t.


Impact You’ll Drive


  • Provide clear insights so we double down on the most effective partners.


  • Ensure 30%+ of closed deals are partner-sourced, even as the sales team scales.


  • Create repeatable processes and rhythms so partnership ops scale without friction.


What We’re Looking For


  • 1–3 years’ experience in partnership operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or similar B2B role.


  • Strong analytical ability — comfortable with dashboards, data, reporting, attribution, and making recommendations based on analysis.


  • Experience with HubSpot (or closely related CRM) — set up, managing pipelines, attribution.


  • Very organized, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, follow up consistently, and drive things to completion.


  • Excellent written communication skills — you’ll be doing partner emails, co-branded content, and internal comms.


  • Fast learner, proactive, thrives in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
