Publisher Success Associate Job DescriptionAs a Publisher Success Associate, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for publishers, including prospecting, sales pitch strategy, and deal closing. You will lead and own all aspects of publisher relationships, including executive meetings, business development discussions, contract negotiations, account planning, technology planning, and long-term opportunity identification.Key Responsibilities:Manage new and existing client relationships to successfully meet and exceed publisher performance expectations and KPI's.Communicate business intelligence from publishers to the product management team in regards to new product development & features.Identify new opportunities and upsell AndBeyond.Media products by comprehending the technology, monetization strategies, revenue ecosystem, and publisher requirements.Requirements:3+ years of professional experience in adtech.Strong existing relationships with direct publishers in Taiwan/Hong Kong/Thailand/Indonesia markets.Deep understanding of publisher monetization strategies and programmatic space.This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
