**Desktop Publishing (DTP) Specialists**

**Position purpose**
- Format equity research reports and presentations to conform with in-house formats - colour scheme for graphs and tables, text fonts, et al.
- Coordinate with Head of Research to manage research publishing pipeline and assist Head of Research in setting the agenda for daily morning meetings.
- Coordinate approvals for analysts’ media appearances with Compliance and Brand & Communications teams.
- Coordinate with compliance to obtain approvals for research reports when required.
- Maintain meticulous records of research management approvals for research reports.
- Assist in providing information required by audit teams.
- Liaise with IT team to sort out any IT issues in the publishing process.
- Come up with ideas for improving the research process or ideas to automate to reduce manual work.
- Come up with creative suggestions to visualize data in research reports.

**Competencies**
- Keen eye for detail to ensure all research processes are meticulously followed in publishing reports i.e. no mistakes are made while releasing research reports for publishing, ensuring all approvals are taken and all necessary disclaimers and disclosures are correctly appended to research report before publishing.
- Good organizational skills - ability to coordinate with Research teams to determine priority and timing of research publications.
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to manage expectations of internal clients viz. research analysts and other publishing team members.
- Willing to accept feedback and learn.
- Desirable - Keen interest in finance & investing.

**Shift timings**:

- 2pm to 11pm
- Should be willing to work beyond shift hours when workload is high e.g., during quarterly earnings season or when publishing big quarterly or annual outlook reports.
- Should be willing to take turns with other DTP specialists to work on weekends or holidays when required (compensatory leave will be provided)
