Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled ITSM specialist to own and manage the Freshservice platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, customizing, and maintaining various modules of the platform.Implement automation workflows and integrations with other enterprise tools to streamline service management operations.Design and refine ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in ITSM roles, with hands-on experience in Freshservice administration and configuration.
