Job Summary:We seek a results-driven Zonal Business Head to spearhead sales operations within a designated region, driving growth strategies and ensuring market dominance.As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing innovative annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and propel regional expansion. You will also oversee the management and cultivation of relationships with Category A and B real estate developers and brokers.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet ambitious business targets, boost net sales, and unlock new revenue streams through a range of product offerings.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.Relationship Management: Forge and nurture robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders, elevating customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and efficient issue resolution.Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to shape and refine offerings based on market demands, ensuring seamless coordination among team members.Industry Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in real estate or digital advertising, leveraging existing developer connections to enhance market presence.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to strategically position the organization for sustained success.Leadership Excellence: Demonstrate exemplary work ethics and professionalism, leading by example and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and ethical conduct.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 8-10 years of B2B or corporate sales experience is required; experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for building strong rapport with customers and stakeholders, and presenting effectively to executives and senior leadership.Strong networking acumen, particularly in the financial sector, is necessary for engaging diverse client bases and achieving targeted goals.Demonstrates unwavering work ethics and professionalism, effectively developing self and team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Results-oriented approach with a focus on effectively managing key account relationships.Demonstrated success in managing a minimum of ₹30 to 50 crore in monthly B2B sales along with team handling experience.Education:An MBA in any discipline is required, with an MBA from a prestigious institution preferred.
