Performance bonuses will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria. - Travel Allowance: At actual as per company travel policy - Provident Funds: 5% company contribution as per PF policy - Performance Review and Appraisal: Performance review will be done after six months, and appraisal will be decided depending on performance.
