We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Faculty member to join our team at the Imperial Institute of Advanced Management, responsible for teaching Hospitality Management courses. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lecture materials and assessments for Hospitality Management students.
  • Provide individualized attention and mentorship to help students achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum changes.
  • Conduct research and publish papers in reputable journals related to Hospitality Management.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Hospitality Management program.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching Hospitality Management courses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and developments in Hospitality Management.
